Dr Haniah PatankarMBBS, BSc, MRCGP

A practising GP with a BSc in Global Health, passionate about shifting the focus from treating illness to preventing it. She has worked within global health initiatives focused on chronic disease prevention and health promotion, including with the World Health Organization (WHO). With over 14 years experience delivering health education, she has designed and led evidence-based programmes to people from a wide range of backgrounds, and professions, both across the UK and internationally. Known for her open, engaging style, she translates complex medical evidence into practical, accessible insights that empower people to take charge of their health.

Dr Faye OnaboyeMBBS, MRCGP

A practising GP with a special interest in women's health, preventive medicine and lifestyle medicine. She has worked across busy, multicultural primary care settings in London, caring for patients with a wide range of health needs and championing the importance of prevention and health education. With experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement and medical teaching, she is passionate about translating complex medical evidence into practical, engaging education that empowers people to make lasting changes to their health. She believes that small, sustainable changes can have a lasting impact on health and is passionate about inspiring people to make informed choices that support lifelong wellbeing. Her workshops are delivered with warmth, humour and compassion that inspire people to build healthier habits with confidence.
